Fossil Springs Cleanup with Arizona Wilderness Coalition
September 23, 2009I spent last weekend at Fossil Springs with the Arizona Wilderness Coalition picking up trash and breaking up fire rings. Fossil Springs is one of Arizona’s great wonders — a truly remarkable place. Much of the canyon is designated a federal wilderness area and thanks to the hard work of the AWC Fossil Creek is now Arizona’s second wild and scenic river.
